You don't need to know how to code.
You need an idea.

This is a hands-on, in-person program that takes participants from zero coding experience to building functional AI-powered applications and intelligent agents. Rather than teaching programming the traditional way, participants learn to direct modern AI development tools to design, build, secure and ship real software.

Every session produces working code. Nothing is theoretical. By the final week, each participant has a deployed application running at a public URL that solves a problem they chose themselves.

Every project is framed around innovation, creativity and community impact — built to matter for Kuwait and the region, whatever your educational background: science, arts, business, or still undecided.

The program follows a deliberate progression: build and deploy your first interface, secure it and power it with real data and your first AI agent, then integrate everything into a capstone you present live. Foundations to first deployment

Build and ship your first app

Set up an AI-native environment and apply responsible-AI ground rules from day one. Turn an idea into an interactive front end with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Connect it to a live Supabase database, add authentication, and deploy it to a public URL — then consolidate everything with debugging, peer testing and a readiness review.

Security, data and your first agent

Secure, analyze and automate

Complete a full security and privacy audit of your app, then turn to real data — cleaning, verifying and visualizing it, and wiring in a live external API with applied AI. Close the week by designing and building your first autonomous agent, connected to Claude, Supabase and n8n.

You ship — a security-audited app with a live data feature and a working n8n agent.

Integrate, build and present your capstone

Test and guardrail your agent, then connect it to your application's automation layer. Spend the final three days scoping, building and integrating your capstone — front end, backend, security and automation as one product — before deploying it and presenting it live to a review panel.

What a session actually looks like

Each four-hour session follows the same rhythm — no lectures without practice, and instructors stay hands-on the whole time so nobody waits for help.

Interactive instruction

Concept introduction through live discussion, real-world context and Q&A — not passive slides.

Part 2

Live demonstration

Instructor-led coding walkthroughs using real cases from fintech, e-commerce, healthcare and sustainability.

Part 3

Hands-on workshop

Guided pair programming with real-time instructor support and code review.

Part 4

Independent build time

Work on your own project, building incrementally toward your capstone under supervision.

Credentials That Travel

Four international certifications — every exam fee covered

Beyond the certificate of completion, participants sit four globally recognized certification exams. All vouchers and exam fees are funded — participants pay nothing.

Anthropic — Claude Certified Architect Foundations

The official certification from the maker of Claude, the primary AI platform taught in the program.

Google Cloud — Generative AI Leader

Aligned with the program's AI foundations and its applied-AI, data and API content in Week 2.

Microsoft — SC-900

Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals — aligned with the dedicated security week and delivered under Microsoft Training Services Partner status.

Cisco — Introduction to Cybersecurity

Cisco Networking Academy credential, completed with guided instruction during the program.

The certificate of completion is awarded to participants who attend 80% or more of the program and achieve an overall assessment score of 70% or above.

The Finale

Demo Day — where your project meets the industry

Every participant presents and demos their deployed capstone live in class as part of the final assessment. From those, the instructors select the top 10 projects to present at Demo Day before a judging panel of SACGC representatives and industry experts — with an MC, live demos, and professional photo and video coverage.

The top 3 each win a free seat in a CODED public bootcamp of their choice.

Eligibility criteria

Seats are limited to 30 participants.

  • Aged 16 to 22

    Applicants must be between 16 and 22 years old as of the program start date.

  • No prior experience required

    The curriculum starts from first principles. No coding, programming or technical background is needed.

  • Any educational background

    Equally suited to participants from science, arts or business — and to those still exploring their path.

  • Open to the public

    Applications are open to the general public in Kuwait.

  • Full commitment

    Five sessions per week for three weeks — Sunday through Thursday, four hours each, in person. A minimum of 80% attendance is required for certification.

  • Seats are limited

    The cohort is capped at 30 participants; submitting an application does not guarantee a seat.
